Swan Skirt/Crinoline

Black Sicilian lace crinoline skirt elasticized waistband for perfect fit and concealed zipper on the side. The crinoline has three steel ring bars. Two broad ruffled Sicilian lace tiers are adorned to the lower part of the skirt. Each tier is decorated with black velvet ribbon lacing through brocade lace trimming. Ideal to create extra width and volume to skirts and dresses or to wear alone.
