Delivery and Return
After validation of your purchase and payment, order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, provided the items are in stock.
Some products have a delivery time. The delivery time is stated in the description of the item for information only. If a purchase consists of items not yet in stock and items in stock, the shipment is carried out in one go.
Orders are shipped with MyParcel and PostNL with tracking number. We will give you the tracking number once the order has been shipped. If you would like your order shipped with DHL or UPS, please contact us before confirming the order to estimate the shipping cost.
For delivery outside Europe, customs fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange or return after contacting us by email.
Items must be returned spotlessly clean, unworn, unwashed, without smells, dust, animal hair, deodorant, or makeup stains, with tags and original packaging. If these conditions are not respected, the return or exchange will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you at your expense upon receipt of payment corresponding to the shipment according to the package weight and destination.
Please note that items that meet hygienic standards can't be returned such as underwear, bodysuits, earrings, cosmetics, masks, socks, stockings, hair extensions, tops dresses and bodysuits that are made of mesh and nylon, unpacked home decor & giftware items (candles, mugs, glasses, bottles).
Return for exchange
You must contact us by email before returning the product for an exchange.
Return for Refund
You must contact us by email before returning anything for a refund.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Orders returned that received free shipping will receive a refund minus the shipping fee. Return costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that one or more items are returned while the return conditions are not met, the item(s) will be returned to the customer and the cost of the new shipment will be paid by him.
